Pricing your product

This is one of the most important marketing decisions you have to make. Setting a suitable price for your product is essential. Successful pricing will bring you more sales. At the same time, however, your price must cover the cost of running your business.  Don't sell at a loss.

Always end your price with a 5, 7, 8, or 9. NEVER end it in 0 or 1. For example, if you price your product at $29.97, it will attract more buyers than if you set the price at $30.00. NEVER end in 0 or 1.

Charge a strong price for your e-books. Your readers will expect the quality that comes with the higher price. In addition, higher prices mean higher profits for you.

*Note: If you don’t know what the appropriate price for your product is, you can analyze your market by searching for similar products on the Web. Check what the range of prices is and what competitors are charging. You may price your product higher than the average if your product offers better service than your competitors. This will give you an idea of what you can charge for your product.
